# Lewisham, SE13

Blending timeless character with contemporary design, this beautifully renovated bathroom showcases a refined balance of style and functionality. Soft sage green wall tiles create a calming, organic feel, perfectly complemented by warm timber flooring and elegant brushed brass fixtures for a touch of understated luxury. A sleek wall-hung basin, minimalist tapware, and custom timber-framed mirror maximise the sense of space, while the frameless glass shower-over-bath delivers a clean, open aesthetic that's ideal for both everyday living and family practicality. Thoughtfully finished with built-in shower storage, modern lighting, and crisp white sanitaryware, this bathroom is a perfect example of how classic materials and modern craftsmanship can come together to create a bright, welcoming space built to stand the test of time.
