The trend for an industrial-style bathroom has really grown in the past few years.
Where before it was seen as only fitting in a warehouse or factory setting, now this look is used in all types of bathroom renovations. It is modern but authentic so will suit whatever architectural style you are working with, from modern to traditional to country.

01-Top Tips for Creating an Industrial-Style Bathroom

Industrial tiling
Subway tiles, especially when laid in a brick formation and tiled with dark grout, creates an instant industrial feel. If you arere feeling really brave, leave one wall of exposed brick for an edgy look.

Steel accessories
Here black steel windows, mirror and basin create hard industrial edges and tones, which are so right in industrial bathrooms. You can also source steel room dividers to use as shower screens.

Expose your pipes
The pipework in this image are not as extreme as some industrial bathrooms we have seen, but they have still used an exposed shower riser and intricate pipework under the basin, to add to the industrial feel. In fact, the basin support itself looks like it is made from plumbing pipes painted black.

Remember lighting
When it comes to sourcing your lighting, keep it as big and chunky as possible. The black pendant used here is a perfect addition to the industrial look.

Floors are the finishing touch
Instead of using a slick floor tile, expose original floorboards and leave with a rustic finish. If you are hesitant about floorboards, then find ceramic tiles that look like floorboards or even a concrete-look floor.
