1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. The Promotion is being run and administered by British Ceramic Tile, Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 6RF (the "Promoter"). 1.2. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 years or over at the date on which they enter the Promotion, but excluding employees of the Promoter, any immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, its subcontractors, subsidiaries or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion 1.3. No purchase is required to participate in the Promotion, however you will need an Internet connection and access to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the Promotion, including in relation to the use of the Internet.
2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
2.1. To participate in the Promotion, participants must share a photograph of their bathroom, via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Participants entering via Facebook must tag @britishceramictile. Participants entering via Instagram must tag @britishceramictile and use the hashtag #tilemakeover. Participants entering via Twitter must mention @britceramtile and use the hashtag #tilemakeover.
2.2. Each participant consents to their name and entry picture appearing on the Promoter's website, the Promoter’s social media pages and in promotional materials in respect of the Promotion.
2.3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence) and to exclude anyone who the Promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions from participating in the Promotion.
2.4. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any attempt to participate in the Promotion which is unsuccessful or incomplete for any reason, including as a consequence of communication or network failures.
3. THE WINNER
3.1. At the end of the Promotion, one participant will be selected by the Promoter. The Winner will win the Prize (as set out below).
3.2. Each Winner will be contacted via the channel they entered. In the event that the Winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours or chooses not to redeem the Prize a replacement Winner will be selected in accordance with paragraph 3.1 of these terms and conditions.
4. THE PRIZE
4.1. £1000 worth of tiles from the British Ceramic Tile product range, subject to availability.
4.2. The Prize must be claimed by Wednesday 31st October 2018.
4.3. The prize must be claimed on one order, this cannot be spread over multiple orders and if the value of the tiles on the order amounts to less than the maximum prize value the remaining value cannot be claimed at a later date or be exchanged for any other alternative including cash/credit note.
4.4. Prize value is based on the RRP listed on BritishCeramicTile.com and no promotional offers/discount codes can be claimed against the prize value in order to get a higher value of products.
5. CONDITIONS
5.1. There is one prize which may not be substituted or exchanged, however where the Prize is not available for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may replace the Prize with a prize of similar or greater value.
5.2. The Winner must provide the Promoter with their postal address and contact details.
5.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, must not be reproduced, copied or varied, and cannot be used with other offers promotions or vouchers.
5.4 The Prize must be claimed direct through British Ceramic Tile
5.5. Delivery of the prize will only be covered for UK only (excluding Jersey and Guernsey)
5.6. The competition prize only covers Tiles only ,British Ceramic Tile are not liable nor will complete any work or tile fitting.
6. LIABILITY
6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with the Promotion. 6.2. The Promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and you acknowledge and agree that Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have no liability to you in connection with the Promotion.
7. GENERAL
7.1. All decisions made by the Promoter in respect of the Promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 7.3. All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and the Prize (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. The Promoter will not any use personal data for any other purposes without the consent of the relevant participant. By participating in the Promotion, each participant consents to the use of their personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7.2. This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection
