The Wellesley Hotel, London
The Wellesley is a 1920s townhouse beautifully restored with a modern take on the Art Deco style and with every modern convenience. The hotel is named after Sir Arthur Wellesley, the first Duke of Wellington. He was a fine military leader who served as the Prime Minister of Great Britain twice between 1828 and 1834, and later as leader of the House of Lords. His statue stood atop the original Marble Arch commissioned by King George IV to commemorate victory in the Napoleonic Wars.
The Churchill Suite, part of The Wellesley Penthouse, features its own winding staircase leading onto a private terrace offering unique rooftop views over Belgravia and South-West London, providing some of London's finest views. The magnificent Excelsior bath was chosen as it is a grand statement bathtub, cast in solid marine grade aluminium and bonded with an acrylic liner for maximum heat retention. Guests can wind down in the Excelsior bath in the Churchill Suite and in several other ensuites at the hotel.

The Malabar B&B, Garths, Marthwaite, Sedbergh - By AquaJade Bathrooms
The Malabar was once the busy barn belonging to Garths Farm housing an enormous hayloft, cattle stalls and dairy that dated back to the 1700s. Respecting its origins the bedrooms marry original stone walls and oak beams with Herdwick wool carpets and soft furnishings that subtly reflect the years spent in India and the Far East. Light now fills the once cool, dark cavernous barn and each bedroom enjoys far reaching views across the hills.
Sliding barn doors into the bathrooms offer as much, or as little, privacy as you would like while you soak away any strain in BC Designs' large free standing Boat Baths which were painted to order in funky modern colours with an acrylic inner and outer. The bathrooms also feature walk in showers and Bath House toiletries, with unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside all around.

Foam & Bubbles Expert Verdict:
It's amazing to see such a range of products, all sourced from one company and all delivering on quality and customisability. It's hard to choose a favourite but, while I love the sensual curves of the modern Kurv bath, for originality I'd have to choose the paintable Boat Bath; seeing it in the Malabar Hotel project in all those gorgeous colours is just heavenly.
